About Rachel

Rachel Levy

As the founder of Kaleidoscope Consulting, Rachel's philosophy is built on identifying and developing people's unique strengths to support transformational change. Through coaching, she helps clients achieve breakthroughs that lead to personal growth and possibilities that might previously have seemed unimaginable.

With over 20 years of corporate experience — including 13 years in telecom — Rachel is uniquely suited to executive coaching. She has a proven track record as a collaborative leader who built high-performance teams by breaking down silos, facilitating effective communication, and always keeping the bottom line top of mind. She knows how to drive topline growth, enhance customer retention, and execute successful change in multi-channel environments.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and earned her executive coaching accreditation from Royal Roads University. She is a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.
